Services

Hot Meal Service

Sundays 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Wednesdays 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Fridays 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Come to our location at 15623 Des Moines Memorial Dr, Burien WA 98148 (the historic Sunnydale Elementary building) and enjoy a freshly prepared meal while seated in our dining room — or get it to go!


Clothing Bank

Sundays 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Wednesdays 12:00pm – 2:00pm

We provide clothing, toiletries, blankets, and other necessities free of charge to people in need. The clothing bank is open during our Sunday and Wednesday meal times.


Food Bank

Sundays 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Wednesdays 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Our food bank provides grocery items to people in need. The food bank is open during our Sunday and Wednesday meal times.


Laundry

Fridays 9:30am – 11:00am

VibraClean Coin-Op Laundromat at 15006 SW Ambaum Blvd, Burien WA 98166

Our volunteers will put quarters into the machines for those in need to do their laundry. Laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided. (Funds to pay for laundry services will be available only for those arriving before 11am… don’t be late!)

(To donate detergent pods, bleach pods, or dryer sheets, drop them off at Transform during regular hours or at the Laundry Program during service times.)


Breakfast and Bible Study

Tuesdays 9:30am – 11:00 am

Join Transform for breakfast and a study of scripture on Tuesday mornings. All are welcome! Led by Don Berg.


Showers

Fridays 10:30am – 1:30pm (times are subject to change)

FREE SHOWERS ARE BACK! Union Gospel Mission’s Mobile Shower unit comes to our location. Towels, clean underwear, shampoo, and soap are provided. Showers have a 15 minute limit.


Community Curbside Produce

Fridays 12:00 noon – 2:00pm

Each Friday starting at noon, Transform is distributing FREE fresh produce and other groceries right outside of our building, generously supplied by Feeding Feasible Feasts! Come get some tasty fruits and veggies! You don’t even have to leave your car – just drive through and our volunteers will load for you!


Free Cell Phones from A1 Lifeline

Sundays 3:00 – 5:00pm

Each Sunday starting at 3pm, representatives from A1 Lifeline are at Transform to connect guests to free smart phones. For more information, contact Mason Martinez at (702) 601-6088 or snwmason@icloud.com.


Seattle Veterinary Outreach Mobile Clinic

On the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11:00am – 2:00pm, Seattle Veterinary Outreach’s van will be parked at Transform to provide low cost/free veterinary services to our guests and their pets! King County Mobile Medical Clinic

On the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11:00am – 3:00pm, King County’s Mobile Medical Clinic van is parked in our parking lot to provide services. No appointment is necessary.
(King County’s Mobile Dental Clinic van is parked at Navos in Burien, 1210 SW 136th Street, on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 9:30am-11:30am. No appointment is necessary.)
Please refer to the monthly schedule for South King County Locations to confirm dates and times as they may vary.

The mobile medical team offers clients:

  • Walk in primary care for acute and chronic conditions
  • STD, HIV and Hepatitis C testing
  • Family planning
  • Access to behavioral health and chemical dependency specialists
  • Naloxone overdose prevention and training kits

They can also help people connect to other community services including:

  • A doctor’s office that can provide follow-up care
  • Mental health care (including counseling)
  • Substance abuse counseling and treatment via a harm reduction approach
  • Enrollment into health insurance
  • Enrollment into Orca Lift transportation assistance
  • Referrals to shelter, food banks, legal assistance and domestic violence programs

Neighborhood House 

Each month, Neighborhood House parks their van at Transform to provide the following FREE services for adults:

  • Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing
  • Referrals to treatment services for mental health and substance abuse
  • Referrals to housing programs, education, employment, and more

Molina Health Care

On the first Wednesday of each month from 12:00 noon – 2:00pm, Molina provides healthcare assessments to Transform’s guests. Click the logo to learn more.


REACH 

Each Wednesday from 12:00 noon – 2:00pm, REACH is in Transform’s office to connect those living homeless to essential resources and housing. Click the logo to learn more.
