Transform is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was founded by local Christian pastors to meet the needs of the poor and suffering through prayer and providing basic needs assistance.

Our Services
HOT MEALS/FOOD BANK
Those in need in our community are welcome to enjoy a hot meal 3 times a week! Our food pantry provides grocery items and is open on Wednesday and Sundays during meal times.
CLOTHING BANK
We provide clothing, toiletries. blankets, and other necessities free of charge to people in need. The clothing bank is open on Wednesdays and Sundays.
HAIRCUTS
Based on availability, we partner with local community members to provide haircuts during our regular open times.

MEDICAL/HEALTH
We partner with Cowlitz Indian Tribe to provide substance use medication assistance and behavioral health counseling onsite at our facility.
