We are located at 15623 Des Moines Memorial Dr, Burien WA 98148 (in the old Sunnydale Elementary School building) across from the F Line and Bus 161. The guest entrance is on the south side of the building.

Clothing Bank
We provide clothing, toiletries, blankets, and other necessities free of charge to people in need. The clothing bank is open during our Sunday and Wednesday mealtimes.

Food Bank
Our food bank provides grocery items to people in need. The food bank is open during our Sunday and Wednesday mealtimes.

Laundry

FRIDAYS – 9:30am to 11:00am
Our volunteers will put quarters into the machines for those in need to do their laundry. Laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided. (Funds to pay for laundry services will not be available for those arriving after 11am…don’t be late!)
*If you have detergent pods, bleach pods, or dryer sheets you would like to donate they can be dropped off at Transform during regular hours or at the Laundry Program during service times.

Health & Human Services Van

Medical and Dental
Each month from 11am to 3pm the King County medical and dental vans are parked in our parking lot to provide services. (For dental services please arrive 30 minutes before the clinic begins. Dental care is primarily focused on treating dental pain and emergency conditions. It does not include preventative cleanings.)
